Once we receive your request, we would contact you in order to gather any additional information in order to determine the suitable financing program. You would then be supplied with all the necessary forms and checklists. Once all of the initial documentation is obtained we will professionally review and submit your package to the lending institution for approval. Please note that more documentation will be necessary to bring the loan all the way to the closing. An AACL specialist will consult you on the specifics of your case and take care of the process. Once the lender issues a commitment letter you would be required to place good faith deposit for appraisal and other third party fees. Only after all of those reports are ready would a closing be scheduled.
